WarriorFit is a 45 minute fitness class with a martial arts flavour for any fitness level, designed to improve your general fitness, flexibility and give you some basic self defence skills. Classes are on Wednesday nights at 6.45pm in Ellerslie.

WHAT IS WARRIORFIT?

WarriorFit is a 45 minute group fitness class with a martial arts flavour, designed to improve your general fitness, flexibility and give you some basic self defence skills.

Each workout is created to provide a functional full-body workout that improves energy levels, metabolic rate and flexibility.

Our two expert Personal Trainers and Taekwon-Do Instructors ensure a personal touch in each fun filled 45 minute session.

WarriorFit is a supportive environment to start ticking off your fitness goals.

FAQ's

What's the minimum age?

This class is suitable for ages 13 plus.

What if my general fitness is poor?

Then this class will be excellent for you. 🙂 No minimum fitness level is required, check with your doctor if you're not sure if it's safe for you to train.

What if I don't have any martial arts experience?

This is not a martial arts class. You don't have to have martial arts experience at all. 

Where and when are are the classes, and what do I bring?

WarriorFit is held at 198 Marua Rd, Ellerslie on Wednesday nights, at 6.45pm. The class is 45 mins long. All you need is a water bottle and to wear comfortable exercise clothes.

What happens after the free session?

If you'd like to join it will be $70 per month (less than most gyms!).

Can I do this class if I'm an existing member of Warrior Taekwon-Do?

Yes! Providing you're at least 13 years old, if you're already on an unlimited membership this class is has no extra charge. If you're not already on an unlimited membership we'll upgrade you to regularly do this class.

I have a pre-existing medical condition ...

If you're not sure whether you are suitable for this class check with your doctor first. If they give the OK make sure you tell our coaches about your condition before the class starts.

SONYA ROBINSON

Sonya brings lots of VARIETY and fun! With a background in dance, she has learned to do and teach a whole plethora of fitness modalities. She's a REP registered fitness professional, a personal trainer, zumba and tai chi instructor as well as one of our most popular Taekwon-Do instructors at Warrior Taekwon-Do.  And that's just scratching the surface of her long and glowing career in the fitness and wellness industry.

SACHIN 'SARGE' SHARMA

Sachin 'Sarge' Sharma is one of the most encouraging coaches you could meet! He has been in the fitness business for nearly a decade. He was Australian Personal Trainer of the Year in 2016 and has individually and group trained strength and conditioning, endurance training, fitness for older adults, rehab fitness and activities and is also one of our Taekwon-Do instructors and a 1st dan black belt.
